This wonderful Oaxacan whale is stunning! The one-piece figure was created by Oaxacan woodcarving artist Cesar Melchor who is well known for his beautiful, top-of-the-line sculptures. This handsome whale is very well carved giving the ballena a wonderful sense of movement and peacefulness. The painting is superb creating a gorgeous flowing design.
