Isabel Fabian: Little Alligator Woodcarving

Isabel Fabian is certainly one of the most talented woodcarving artists in Oaxaca today. Her painted designs are always a feast for the eye. This little alligator is beautifully formed, for example, the back has painstakingly carved little squares. A beautiful piece!
