This wonderful mandala cat woodcarving was created by Magaly Fuentes and her husband Jose Calvo. Her painting is wonderful, with a wonderful combination of colors hues and graduations. This fabulous sculpture is decorated with the Pre-Columbian fretwork and colorful geometric motifs. Magaly is the daughter of a first generation of woodcarvers in Oaxaca, Epifanio Fuentes. The painting is absolutely spectacular.
