Stunning cricket sculpture by Oaxacan woodcarvinig artist Jose Luis Ruiz. Jose Luis used to work for one of the largest workshops in Oaxaca. When the pandemic hit he was laid off and had to start working independently. It has been difficult, but his great craftsmanship has slowly helped him add new collectors that appreciate his work. The cricket is very well carved and impressively painted!
