Max Morales creates some of the most beautiful woodcarvings in Oaxaca. This wonderful contemporary lion is a great example of his work. Max is well known for his superb craftsmanship and unique style. His figures are angular & modernistic with very detailed painting. I love the lion's wonderful mane!
