Incredible mixed media wall art bird art piece. The handcrafted bark paper is made in Puebla, Mexico using ancient pre-Columbian methods of paper making. At the center of the piece, is a square cotton cloth hand embroidered with a colorful bird and leaves. The embroidery is handmade in Tenango Puebla and placed at the center of the moist paper. The bright paper strips are woven individually when the paper is still wet. Beautiful!
