Unique mix media wall art bird art piece. The handcrafted bark paper is made in Puebla, Mexico using ancient pre-Columbian methods of paper making. At the center of the piece, is a square cotton cloth hand embroidered with a colorful bird and leaves. The embroidery is handmade in Tenango Puebla and placed at the center of the moist paper. The off-white paper strips are woven individually when the paper is still wet. Beautiful!
